  Just sold my unit at a great price. Corey offered a great commission and marketing price. He kept me informed and was very responsive to every communication I had with him. I trust him a lot and would buy or sell with him in the future if I go down that line. Awesome Guy.

  I am having very bad experience with Coronis property management. I am trying to get my repair request processed, but in vain, and is over a month now. The property managers try to show that they are very prompt at their job, by having the entire conversation in emails, but do not understand the pain of the tenants, nor do speak over phone.
  
  The Aircon is not functioning for which I raised a complaint a month back, they arranged for the technician to have a look. The technician attended after a week or so and then reported he needs to replace the part and that AC is under warranty. Hence had to wait for the part to arrive and another week or so past. After he replaced the part, again the AC malfunctioned for which I contacted the property manager. The property manager after 2 to 3 days and a few exchange of email with me, booked another appointment for technician to visit our house. This time again, technician came after another week and reported exactly the same part as malfunctioned.
  
  I called up property management office, and the receptionist hung up phone saying the manager is not available RUDELY. I am still following up to get my AC fixed, it is peek summer but for every talk I have, I need to give them a week or so to respond (take action, apparently booking technician) which is ridiculously.
